The European Union's body European Aviation Safety Agency has published a new regulation "on the rules and procedures for the operation of unmanned aircraft" in May 2019. Sony recently released the new Sony RX0 camera that has a large 1.0-type Exmor CMOS sensor that outputs 4K video. Sony was able to put everything in a tiny 59 x 40.5 x 29.8 mm duralumin body weighing just 100g.This camera is perfect to use on a drone and directly integrates with our Sky Drone Link 4k solution to provide a low latency 4k UHD downlink.

Sky Drone FPV 2 and Sky Drone Link Performance with Low Signal Strength / Bad Cellular Mobile Connection

A while back, we've took a quick video to demonstrate Sky Drone FPV 2 performance on a very bad cellular connection. Our dynamic bandwidth adaptation (available in Sky Drone FPV 2 and Sky Drone Link) takes care of such changing conditions and automatically adapts the transmitted data to the changed conditions.
